A communication related to emergency assistance or an emergency assistance recommendation may be generated based upon the determined likely severity of the vehicle accident, and transmitted, via wireless communication, from one or more remote servers to a mobile device associated with the driver. A wireless communication from the driver indicating approval or modification of the emergency assistance or emergency assistance recommendation may be received. A third party may be notified, via a communication sent from the remote server(s), of requested emergency assistance as approved or modified by the driver. An estimated insurance claim may also be generated based upon vehicle accident likely severity.

A wireless communication from the driver or insured indicating approval, rejection or modification of the estimated insurance claim may be received. The estimated insurance claim may be handled in accordance with the approval, rejection or modification.

Payer data is received as membership files from a plurality of payers, the payer data including eligibility and member demographic data. Upon detection of new or modified information, a normalizing engine may be utilized to normalize name information, address information, and social security number information into a format for comparing with other stored payer data according to various rules. A matching engine may be utilized to compare the normalized payer data against other insurance provider data to determine COB instances by discovering matches or partial-matches of member information. A set of rules may be applied to determine a primary versus a secondary payer. An output file, which may comprise matches and COB determinations, raw data, and a web interface for accessing archived reports and files and to generate individual member searches, may be provided to one or more payers.

    Abstract: A waste water clarification system is mounted on two road-transportable trailers which meet height and weight regulations and require no additional permitting. An elongate, low-profile clarifier having inclined plate packs supported therein utilizes the dropped bed portion of the first trailer to maximize the usable height to meet transport requirements while optimizing clarification of the waste water therein. Sludge produced in the clarifier section is thickened by gravity in a thickening section mounted on the first trailer. The thickened sludge is delivered to dewatering apparatus on the second trailer which also houses a lift tank for clarified water, chemical storage tanks and a control room for system control apparatus. Linear conveyors, in steep-walled troughs in the bottoms of the clarifier and thickening sections, slowly move the sludge to outlets therein, the speed being slow enough that a sludge blanket which develops in or above the troughs is not disrupted.
