  • Patent number: 10750844
Abstract: A protective case system includes an extendable device grip and a protective case. The extendable device grip includes an attachment mechanism and has a stowed configuration and extended configuration. The protective case includes a shell and a receiver. The shell is configured for receiving and removably retaining an electronic device. The shell has at least a back wall and side walls. The outer surface of the back wall of the shell includes a recessed or concave area. The extendable device grip is removably attachable to the receiver for removably attaching the extendable device grip to the protective case. The receiver is positioned in the recessed or concave area of the back wall of the shell such that at least a portion of the extendable device grip is within the recessed area when the extendable device grip is attached to the protective case and is in the stowed configuration.

  • Patent number: 10694835
Abstract: A protective case system includes an extendable device grip and a protective case. The extendable device grip includes an attachment mechanism and has a stowed configuration and extended configuration. The protective case includes an inner shell having a receiver and an outer cushion layer. The inner shell is configured for receiving and removably retaining an electronic device. The extendable device grip is removably attachable to the receiver for removably attaching the extendable device grip to the inner shell. The outer cushion layer first over the inner shell and includes an aperture for accessing the device grip when the extendable device grip is attached to the inner shell.

  • Patent number: 7832295
Abstract: A submersible water monitoring probe assembly including: a cam-twist type interconnect mechanism; flexible PCBA (printed circuit board assembly) having flexible ribbon cable sandwiched between layers of an elongated circuit board, the ribbon cable extending outwardly from each end of the board and along an elongated probe-body; internal gas-permeable and generally liquid impermeable barrier assembly disposed within the cam-twist inter-connect mechanism between the elongated PCBA housed within the probe-body and an electrical connector of the cam-twist interconnect mechanism; and if used, a vented cable assembly, or other means of transmitting sensor data collected by sensing circuitry within a submersed probe-end. Also, an extender assembly for use with the submersible probe. At each end portion of the extender assembly is either a male cam-twist type interconnect piece or a female cam-twist type interconnect piece. The length-extender assembly may be electrically adapted to house one or more battery cells.
