    Abstract: A dock fan assembly for exchanging air from a trailer, having a trailer door opening, located at a dock having a dock door opening, which is aligned with the trailer door opening. The dock fan assembly has at least one fan that forms a circulation air flow path by flowing ambient air into the trailer opening to affect an exchange of ambient air for the trailer air. The duration of the flow can be a function of time and/or temperature. The completion of the air exchange can be indicated. More than one fan may be used. In one arrangement, a first fan can flow air into the trailer opening while a second fan can withdraw air from the trailer opening.
