    Abstract: In a transmission cable for low frequencies, first and second elongate transmission lines disposed in generally parallel alignment in close proximity to each other, each transmission line having an inner conductor and a coaxial outer conductor and insulating material disposed between the inner conductor and the coaxial outer conductor, and a jacket of insulating material covering said coaxial outer conductor, said outer coaxial conductor serving as a shield and means for grounding one end of each of the shields.
