    Abstract: A fastening arrangement providing for easy and quick attachment of a convertible top boot to a vehicle. A slidable bolt is mounted flush in each of the interior trim panels adjacent the forward extensions of the top receiving well. The bolts engage with keepers carried by the outboard portion of the boot and secure the forward outboard portions of the boot to the vehicle body.
