Publication number: 20240062065Abstract: In aspects, the present approaches allow neural networks to be taught to understand patterns of human behavior without the need of expert data labeling or laboratory studies. First and second neural networks are trained to understand these patterns without labeling. Once trained, the neural networks can be deployed with a trained classifier to determine or classify human activity based upon received sensor inputs.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 16, 2023Publication date: February 22, 2024Inventor: Dylan Richards

Publication number: 20230300529Abstract: A divisive normalization method, device, audio feature extractor, and a chip are disclosed. For improving the robustness against variations of the background noise, the proposed per-channel divisive normalization method comprises: obtaining an average number of input spikes over an averaging window by a low-pass filter to produce a threshold parameter, then deciding whether to enable an integrate-and fire (IAF) counter counting over a clock period of a divisive normalization module, when the count value of IAF counter reaches the threshold, resetting IAF counter and producing a single spike at the output. Compared with the prior art, the proposed method does not require any Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR) and is easier to implement. It also has a simpler structure, higher accuracy and better statistical performance, and a lower cost and a lower power consumption.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 24, 2022Publication date: September 21, 2023Inventors: Huaqiu ZHANG, Saeid HAGHIGHATSHOAR, Dylan RICHARD MUIR, Hao LIU, Peng ZHOU, Ning QIAO

Publication number: 20230245191Abstract: An integration platform provides a third party channel products from a merchant, so that the third party channel may cause an opportunity to be presented to a user to purchase one of the products. In response to an indication of a user purchase, the integration platform transmits a purchase request to the electronic commerce platform to create an order for the purchase. The integration platform may create a payment for the purchase with the merchant's payment processor and transmit the payment to the payment processor, update the order with the merchant's electronic commerce platform with the payment information, update the status of the order to shipped, and capture payment information by communicating with the payment provider. The merchant's electronic commerce platform may then update the order with the integration platform, which may notify the third party channel of the update so that update may be communicated to the user.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 27, 2023Publication date: August 3, 2023Inventors: Ashley Phillips, Christopher Sanger, Clint Ecker, Micah Koga, Nina Zakharenko, Rohit Turumella, Joshua Knox, Harper Reed, Dylan Richard

Publication number: 20230145825Abstract: A system and application for purchasing one or more items via quick online transactions from a vendor system is provided. An electronic shopping page listing products for sale and corresponding buy selectors is provided on a user device that includes the quick transaction system. Upon user selection of a buy selector, the user's log on status and payment information are determined, and, if necessary, the user is prompted to log on to the quick transaction application and/or complete any missing user payment information if necessary. A single click or tap on the buy selector generates a completed purchase transaction without the need for a shopping cart or user checkout process. Methods and machine-readable medium for quick online transactions are also provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 2, 2022Publication date: May 11, 2023Inventors: Harper Reed, Dylan Richard, Gauri Sharma
