    Abstract: A single bodied unitary flash attachment containing a flash lamp and a power supply is attached to and supported upon the top of a camera by support elements including a bayonet-type electrical contact member and a U-shaped support. Electrical contact is provided between the flash attachment and the camera by inserting the bayonet-type electrical contact within a flash bar receptacle on the top of the camera. The U-shaped support member clampingly engages the camera view finder to provide stability and support during camera photoflash operation.
