Abstract: This document provides skin care compositions that can include one or more saponin extracts. In some cases, the skin care compositions provided herein can include a saponin extract (e.g., a Sapindus mukorossi extract). In some cases, the skin care compositions provided herein can include a Sapindus mukorossi extract, allantoin, carnosine, and a plant extract blend. The plant extract blend can include bioflavonoids (e.g., citrus bioflavonoids), a Brassica oleracea ver. italica (i.e., broccoli) extract, and an Aloe barbadensis leaf extract, or combinations thereof.

Abstract: A system for oilfield equipment asset utilization improvement includes a number of units of oilfield equipment, the units of oilfield equipment having a common equipment type. The system further includes a controller having an equipment confidence module that interprets a condition value corresponding to each of the units of oilfield equipment, a job requirement module that interprets a performance requirement for an oil field procedure, and an equipment planning module that selects a set of units from the number of units of oilfield equipment in response to the performance requirement for the oilfield procedure and the condition value corresponding to each of the units of oilfield equipment. The equipment planning module selects the set of units such that a procedure success confidence value exceeds a completion assurance threshold.

Abstract: The present invention provides an in vitro method useful for the diagnosis of a thrombotic disorder in a subject, having or at risk of having the disorder. Specifically, the disorder exemplified herein is associated with APC resistant Factor V and Va. The clotting time of a test sample is analyzed in the presence and absence of APC and compared with a standard reference sample in order to diagnose the subject.
