    Abstract: Roller means are attached to a frame which is attached to the bottom of an appliance. The roller means allows the bottom of the appliance to be tilted in a vertical plane. A pivot disposed in the frame allows the bottom of the appliance to be tilted in a second vertical plane perpendicular to the first one.
