Abstract: Disclosed is a configuration to capture content objects contained within a web page. The configuration receives a content object via a user account, the web browser to retrieve the web page, the web page having a content object, the content object having information visibly perceptible through the web page and metadata corresponding to a hyperlink and assigns a unique identifier to the content object. The configuration determines whether the content object is pre-existing in a computing storage of the management system. The configuration then stores the content object if the content object is not pre-existing in the management system or creates an association between the content object that is pre-existing in the management system and the assigned unique identifier. The configuration allows for access, by a third party, to the content object in the management system.
