    Abstract: A sprayer is provided for preferably permanent attachment to a container containing a chemical product to be diluted by a carrier stream. The sprayer comprises a nozzle member having a mechanism for attachment of the nozzle member to a source of the carrier stream. The nozzle member also includes a control mechanism for controlling flow of the carrier stream. The sprayer also includes a control member having a product aperture and an inlet or vent port disposed therein. The sprayer further comprises a cap member, including a means for attaching the cap member to the container. The cap member is slideably attached to the control member and includes a corresponding product channel and an inlet or vent channel. Preferably, the control member and the control mechanism for controlling the flow of the carrier fluid are operatively connected such that a single motion can simultaneously open or close both the flow of carrier fluid and the chemical product.
