Abstract: According to an example aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an apparatus comprising means for receiving, from a service network function, a request related to charging for a user equipment, means for determining whether to defer a consensus-based charging operation associated with the user equipment, means for transmitting to the service network function, when it is determined that the consensus-based charging operation is to be deferred, an indication indicating that the request is granted and means for refraining from transmitting any indication about the consensus-based charging associated with the user equipment until it is determined that the consensus-based charging operation associated with the user equipment is not to be deferred.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product are provided for managing a plurality of heterogeneous software robots to automate business processes. The system provides an architecture for use in forming business automation systems comprising a plurality of software robots designed to implement specific operations used for implementation of a business process spanned across multiple systems. The system also provides command and control for automation systems comprising a plurality of software agents adapted to implement specific tasks using on screen application integration, application programming interfaces (APIs), or database access to fetch or insert the required data.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product are provided for transforming order requests from external channels into a format associated with a service provider. In use, at least one new order request is received from at least one of a plurality of external order channels. Additionally, the at least one new order request is transformed into a predefined format associated with a service provider system. Further, the at least one new order request in the predefined format is sent to the service provider system.
