The decorative unit can be rotated to detached-and-reattached for adjusting the orientation of decorative unit with respect to suction unit. The bottom surface of decorative unit includes a decorative pattern, which can be displayed to cover the bottom of the suction unit when the sucker is attached to a transparent and smooth surface.

Abstract: An adjustable holding apparatus is provided, including a base unit, a clapping unit, and at least two stopping units. The base unit includes a surface on which the electronic device can be placed. The clapping unit is partially embedded in the base unit, and can move in the direction parallel to the surface of the base unit. The clapping unit includes a clapping part. The clapping part is located on one side of the clapping unit vertically. The stopping units are located at the lower part of the base unit with a distance separating the two stopping units. Each stopping unit includes a stopping part located at the upper part of stopping unit, and is off-center. The clapping part of the clapping unit and the stopping parts of the stopping units are located on the opposite sides of the surface of the base unit to form a three-point clapping on the device placed on the surface. The clapping units and the stopping units can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of objects.

The retractable pad can be placed underneath the notebook PC so that the notebook PC will tilt a small angle to provide convenient use and improved heat dissipation. The connection arm includes a plurality of connection elements that can be adjusted to hold a peripheral device in the air. The engaging plate can be fixed to the back of an Internet phone, a telephone seat, or other electronic peripherals to provide more convenience in using the notebook PC.

The battery charger is for recharging mobile phones and the storage unit is a leather bag, container, and so on. The linking structure includes an engaging element and a linking element. The engaging element is on the surface of the linking structure to engage tot eh surface of the battery charger. The linking structure is a reusable attaching structure that can be attached to the storage unit. The linking element has the same structure as the linking element on the storage unit so that the present invention will hang the storage unit for storing the mobile phone below the battery charger during recharging.

Abstract: An attachment rack apparatus with antenna is provided, including a first connection unit, a second connection unit and an antenna unit. The first connection unit includes a first attachment plate and a second attachment plate. One end of the first and second attachment plates are connected together. The two attachment plates are arcs facing each other to form a non-closed space. The bottom of the second connection unit is attached to the joint of the first and the second attachment plates. The top of the second connection unit is attached to the antenna unit. The second connection unit provides the antenna unit with space and mechanism for adjustment in angles, positions and orientations. The present invention is applicable to a holder with suction disc for holding electronic devices in a vehicle.

The outer layer is softer than the inner layer so as to increase the friction between the connecting element and the encasing unit after the fastening unit is applied to fasten the connecting unit and the encasing unit.

The housing case includes a housing space for housing an item, such as mobile phone, MP3 player, glasses, that the user will constantly retrieve. The housing case includes a foldable upper cover. When folded, the upper cover closed the housing space. The stepometer is located on the upper cover. The housing case also includes a connection element on the back so that the user can fasten the housing case on the waist. The present invention provides the user with a housing case for housing a portable item as well as a stepometer to keep track of own walking activity.
