    Abstract: The device includes a handle attached to a housing having transverse tandem wheels which ride along the upper perimeter of the pool. The housing includes an offset portion extending over the pool itself and mounts a depending rotary brush which contacts the upper vertical wall surface of the pool at the waterline for cleaning the tiles of the pool wall.
