  • Patent number: 4994177
Abstract: A bucket-type shaped container including a removable top and downwardly facing suction cups is provided for disposition within and suction cup support from the bottom of a reservoir containing water and bait. The side walls of the container include a large number of water inlet openings formed therein and a flexible panel of filtering material is formed into generally cylindrical configuration and snugly telescoped within the container. A flexible resilient panel member is flexed into generally cylindrical configuration with overlapped ends and is telescoped into the cylindrical filter panel and includes openings formed therethrough registered with the container wall openings, the flexible panel member exerting an outward biasing force on the filter panel.

  • Patent number: 4871099
Abstract: A plurality of vertically extending tubular rod holders connected to a plurality of horizontally spaced supports in which the top of each rod holder includes a first downwardly and inwardly tapered slot and a second downwardly extending slot diametrically opposed to the first slot for receiving and holding a fishing reel. One or more enclosures extend vertically between and are supported from two of the horizontally spaced supports and are shaped to receive the blade of a knife.

  • Patent number: 4778141
Abstract: A vertically elongated body is provided defining a longitudinally extending and upwardly opening handle end receiving socket therein. The socket includes a long upper end portion and a relatively short lower end portion and the upper and lower end portions include corresponding transverse long X axes and short Y axes. Side walls of the socket defining the limits of the X axis of the upper end portion are downwardly divergent defining an included angle of approximately 20.degree. and the side walls of the socket defining the X axis of the lower end portion of the socket are downwardly divergent and define an included angle of approximately 20.degree., the socket including a generally circular cross-section in an interlineation zone between the upper and lower end portions of the socket. Further, the lower end portions of the socket include structure effectively blocking movement of a fishing rod handle downwardly therethrough.

  • Patent number: 4450989
Abstract: A rack for supporting guns in a motor vehicle which includes end plates which can be easily installed between the surface of a rear window and the resilient molding, which encircles the edge of the rear window, with one or more cradle elements being integral with one component of the rack and the other component of the rack including structure to enable adjustment of the length of the rack and relative pivotal movement when the rack is installed, whereby the two end plates may be engaged with the resilient molding when the two components of the rack are in angular relation and the two components then are moved to an in-line condition and secured in that condition to enable quick installation. Each end plate is provided with foldable edge wings to facilitate packaging and each of the cradle elements is provided with a gun retaining structure to retain the gun in a pair of spaced gun racks.

  • Patent number: 4108313
Abstract: A mounting rack for firearms, such as rifles, shotguns, and the like, which mounting rack can be rapidly installed under spaced portions of molding typically encircling a vehicle window. The present mounting rack comprises laterally spaced support elements, each support element being formed of coacting slide members, at least one of which members has cradle elements carried thereon. The coacting slide members each have one blade member attached thereto at opposite ends of said slide members, the blade members being received between the molding and the window glass of a vehicle or within mounting brackets located on a desired surface.
