A mold cavity configured to provide a keyboard case having a plurality of apertures disposed therethrough can be at least partially filled with a molten material. The molten material can be at least partially solidified within the mold cavity to provide the keyboard case. The keyboard case can be removed from the mold cavity and the at least one runner can be removed from at least a portion of the apertures forming the plurality of apertures.
