  • Publication number: 20240045346
Abstract: A reticle stage cleaning apparatus for a reticle stage in a lithographic apparatus includes a substrate having a frontside and a backside opposite the frontside and a conductive layer disposed on the frontside of the substrate. The conductive layer is configured to contact the reticle stage to dissipate charge on the reticle stage and to remove particles on the reticle stage via an electrostatic field generated between the conductive layer and the reticle stage. The substrate can include a plurality of grooves and the conductive layer can be disposed on the frontside of the substrate and on a bottom surface of the plurality of grooves. The reticle stage cleaning apparatus can include a second conductive layer configured to remove particles on the reticle stage via a second electrostatic field and be disposed atop the conductive layer in the bottom surface of the plurality of grooves.

  • Publication number: 20240000025
Abstract: Methods of propagating Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) are described that do not require the addition of, or presence of, any detectable live host plant material or live plant root material. The method comprises addition of water and optionally exposure to sunlight. It was surprisingly found that soil devoid of any detectable live host plant material, including host plant roots, is capable of supporting AMF reproduction, though it is widely believed that AMF are obligate symbionts requiring live plant roots for colonization to reproduce. Described methods optionally include active removal of living host plant material from the soil prior to AMF inoculation. Optionally, phosphorous compounds are added to the soil prior to inoculation. It was found that addition of phosphorous compounds, such as phosphite, to the soil enhances the growth of AMF spores by as much as three-fold over controls having no added phosphorous compounds.

  • Publication number: 20210315387
Abstract: A sofa that transitions between a sitting position and a sleeping position. The sofa includes a frame with a bracket and multiple arms and support bases that allow the frame to move from the sitting position and the sleeping position, and the reverse, by allowing the multiple arms to rotate and support bases to rotate about the bracket at attachment points where the bracket and arms are connected by fasteners. In some embodiments, a back support portion of the sofa is hingedly moveable into first and second positions to optionally reduce the vertical height of the back support to allow easier transport (i.e., in boxes and shipping containers) and movement (i.e., through small doorways and spaces) of the sofa, as described herein. In some embodiments the sofa has a space or notch underneath that is configured to be fastened or otherwise affixed to a platform, such as a bump out in a recreational vehicle, wherein the notch is configured to provide the sofa with a lower profile.
