Abstract: A non-stick food service assembly for enhancing the operation of a restaurant includes a dinner plate that has a curved depression thereby facilitating the dinner plate to hold food. A first non-stick layer is bonded to the dinner plate and the first non-stick layer is comprised of a cohesive material to inhibit food from adhering to the dinner plate. A dinner bowl is provided and the dinner bowl is curved to define a depression thereby facilitating the dinner bowl to contain a liquid food. A second non-stick layer is bonded to the dinner bowl and the second non-stick layer is comprised of a cohesive material to inhibit food from adhering to the dinner bowl.
