  • Publication number: 20180016936
Abstract: In the case of a device and a method for monitoring the service life of an engine or of a turbine having a compressor blisk and/or a turbine blisk, momentary stresses of blisk substructures, such as the blade (1), the disk (2), and the join region (3) between the blade (1) and the disk (2), are calculated on the basis of operating parameters that are measured in the course of engine or turbine operation; and accumulated damage to the individual substructures, that was caused by the momentary stresses, is estimated.

  • Patent number: 8951606
Abstract: A method for producing a component is disclosed. The method includes calculating a load line of the component as a result of a load to be absorbed by the component and applying a layer on a core by gas dynamic cold spraying, where the layer has a layer section and where the layer section runs along the calculated load line.

  • Publication number: 20130129976
Abstract: A method for coating a plastic surface and a plastic component is disclosed. The method includes applying a base layer to a plastic surface. A layer of a coating is applied by kinetic cold gas spraying on the base layer. The base layer is applied by a method that is different from the kinetic cold gas spraying. The base layer adheres to the plastic surface and the layer of the coating applied by kinetic cold gas spraying is deposited on the base layer by the kinetic cold gas spraying.

  • Publication number: 20130084421
Abstract: The invention relates to a component, which has a layer applied by gas dynamic cold spray, said layer having at, least one layer section or a reinforcing element, the material and orientation of which are selected according to a load line, and to a method for producing such a component by gas dynamic cold spray.

  • Patent number: 7267527
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor for a turbomachine, in particular a low-pressure turbine rotor for a gas turbine, having at least one stage, each stage comprising a rotor disk having rotor blades attached to the rotor disk, and the rotor disk of each stage being removably connected either to oppositely situated rotor disks of adjoining stages or to a rotor connection of a rotor shaft by at least one respective attachments. According to the invention, the, or each of the, attachment means extends through the rotor disk of at least one stage, whereby the, or each of the, attachment means is guided with radial play into at least one borehole passing through the respective rotor disk, so that an interior borehole surface is not subjected to load or force.
