Abstract: A secure storage facility has storage bays for rental in a building having reinforced walls and partitions, impact and explosion resistant security doors and a limited access control room from which all security doors are remotely locked and unlocked and are monitored with video and audio communications, each storage bay having an independently adjustable temperature, humidity and lighting system, and sensors within for providing environment information to the control room, and the facility having a vehicle loading area and a vehicle security zone in which a vehicle can be inspected before access is allowed to the loading area.
