  • Patent number: 10377549
Abstract: A foldable bag comprises a front sheet and a back sheet which are circumferentially joined to each other. The bag is disposed in a folded condition in which the bag has a reversed T-shape including a bottom and an upward portion extending upwardly from the bottom. In the folded condition of the bag, upward portion side edges are inwardly creased between the front sheet and the back sheet such that they face to each other. At the bottom, an inner bottom edge portion extends substantially within a plane of the upward portion and each of outer bottom edge portions extend substantially parallel above the inner bottom edge portion.

  • Patent number: 9377111
Abstract: The invention relates to a butterfly valve, comprising a passageway, a valve seat enclosing the passageway, a rotatable valve shaft which has an axis of rotation spaced from a plane through the valve seat, a valve plate member fixed to the valve shaft and being located in the passageway, and seal enclosing the valve plate member. The valve plate member has an open position and a closed position. At least in a plane through the seal in the open position, the width of the passageway adjacent to the valve seat as viewed from the valve seat in the direction of the axis of rotation is larger than the width of the passageway at the valve seat. Due to this configuration leakage via the seal in the closed position is avoided, because of minimal deformation of the seal in the open position.

  • Patent number: 9346613
Abstract: A container has a box shape and comprises a bottom wall, side walls forming a circumferential wall of the container and a strap. One or more straps form four lifting loops at the upper side of the container and are fixed to the side walls diagonally such that the strap forms a V-shape on each of said side walls between two adjacent lifting loops. The strap can be free from the side walls at lower ends of the V-shapes so as to form fastening loops.

  • Patent number: 7980410
Abstract: The invention relates to a foldable bag that can be unfolded from an essentially flat initial state into an unfolded final state, provided with at least a first, a second and a third sheet for forming, respectively, a first, a second and a third wall of the foldable bag. The first sheet is joined to the second sheet via the third sheet, which third sheet in the initial state is folded along a fold line, wherein the fold line in the initial state is between the first and the second sheet. The foldable bag furthermore has an opening in the first sheet. The fold line of the third sheet in the initial state extends underneath the opening to form a channel between the first and second sheet past the opening. The invention furthermore relates to a combination of a container and empty bag as well as method for the use thereof, wherein the bag is fixed to the peripheral wall of the container by means of a first and a second fixing.

  • Publication number: 20110103720
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a bag is performed by supplying at least two sheets, wherein each sheet comprises at least an inner layer made of an inner layer material and an outer layer made of an outer layer material. The inner layer material has a higher melting temperature than the outer layer material. The outer layers of the sheets are laid onto each other and welded to each other along a welding seam such that an almost entirely sealed cavity between the sheets arises, but leaving open an entrance opening to the cavity. After that, the thus formed bag is turned inside out through the entrance opening, and then a portion of the sheets around the entrance opening is folded inwardly of the thus formed bag such that the outer layers thereof face to each other and are then welded to each other such that the bag obtains a sealed cavity between the sheets.
