  • Patent number: 7304612
Abstract: A method and system is disclosed for a microstrip antenna module having an antenna structure with one or more radiating elements and an integral feed structure enclosing at least one transmission line, wherein the antenna structure and the feed structure share a ground plane.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 30, 2005
Date of Patent: December 4, 2007
    Assignee: Navini Networks, Inc.
Inventors: John Grabner, Richard Smith, Ed Condon
  • Patent number: 7289082
Abstract: A system is disclosed for providing a new panel antenna array with enhanced environmental protection, increased reliability and simplified assembly through the incorporation of new array structures. In one embodiment, a panel antenna array system comprises one or more linear arrays having one or more radiating elements for providing antenna transmission and reception; and one or more protection modules to be aligned vertically with each other in a parallel fashion, with each protection module providing protection to one linear array. A mounting bracket further provides a mounting surface to the protection modules.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 3, 2005
Date of Patent: October 30, 2007
    Assignee: Navini Networks, Inc.
Inventors: Ed Condon, Richard Smith, Monte Curran, William Oliver, Mitch Johnson, Wenhua Zhou, John Grabner
