The system includes a source of oxygen coupled to a delivery system wherein the delivery system has a pump configured to pressurize oxygen and an elongate hollow member operatively coupled to the pump. The elongate hollow member has a proximal end and a distal end and is constructed to receive oxygen in its proximal end and deliver oxygen to the patient out the distal end. Patent number: 6832536Abstract: A tube cutting machine comprises a tube secured in a chuck tightened against an outer tube wall and by a mandrel expanded within the tube against the tube inner wall opposite the chuck. A blade with a conical body side on the tube body side advances into the tube at the body side angle, eliminating longitudinal force against the tube body and accumulation of tube material on the blade body side. In alternative embodiments, either the tube or the blade can rotate. As the blade edge enters the tube wall, the blade end side, opposite the body side is also conical and pushes the tube cut portion longitudinally away from the tube body, causing the tube before the blade to neck under the longitudinal force imposed by the blade end side. The blade is reversed when the neck weakens and is unable support the tube cut portion but has not yet broken, referred to as the failure point. The blade is then withdrawn and the neck is snapped off. The machine produces ice-cutting blades by cutting grooves of approximate uniform depth a constant distance from the edge of the snow ski. With a ski positioned and secured with mounting clamps 21 so that a metal ski edge extends beyond a machine platten 10, a plurality of flattening clamps 23 flatten the typically bowed ski against a flat undersurface 22 of the machine platten 10. Patent number: 5158318Abstract: A snow ski with one or more small grooves near the undersurface edges, with or without edge inserts typically found on the undersurface of snow skis. The grooves are designed to facilitate rapid and precise maneuvering through snow or ice surfaces. The grooves, formed parallel to the ski edge, are relatively short, nominally between 5 centimeters to 45 centimeters in length, to minimize any tendency for a ski with grooves to track in a straight line. They are typically located near the edge of the ski undersurface and longitudinally under the boot attachment position of the uppersurface. The grooves can be of various shapes designed to optimize the cutting affect of the groove as it complements the cutting of the sharp ski edge during turning maneuvers in the usual manner of skiing.
