Patent number: 10332372Abstract: A security system and security tag assembly cooperatively operative to restrict unauthorized removal of an article from an area, wherein the security tag assembly is removably attached to the article and includes an RFID component/label configured to encode and retain data associated with the article to which it is attached. A deactivator assembly includes a read component structured to read the article data encoded in the security tag assembly, before or during removal of the tag assembly, wherein the read data is transmitted to a processor for display, storage and/or supplementary processing. One or more portable readers, not associated with the deactivator assembly or processor, are configured to access and display the article data for authorized article control. A review application may be downloaded on communication devices having short range technology and is configured to access the article data to obtain information relating thereto.Type: GrantFiled: March 22, 2018Date of Patent: June 25, 2019Assignees: BRAEBURN ASSET HOLDINGS, LLC, ES HOLDING DRAGØR APSInventors: Johan Skjellerup, Eddie L. Patent number: 8590348Abstract: A security tag assembly structured to restrict unauthorized removal of merchandise from a designated area is presented. The security tag assembly comprises a base and a tag member removably connected to the merchandise being protected or monitored. A locking assembly is disposed within the base and is structured to be biased into a locking orientation relative to a connector pin of the tag member. A release assembly, also disposed within the base, is structured to facilitate the authorized release of the locking assembly upon contact with an externally applied detachment assembly. In particular the release assembly comprises first and second members disposed in a movable interlocked relation with one another, wherein the first member is structured to be rotationally disposed upon contact with the detachment assembly. The second member is structured for disposition into a displacing engagement with the locking assembly upon the rotational movement of the first member.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2011Date of Patent: November 26, 2013Assignees: Braebum Asset Holdings, LLC., ES Holding Dragoer APSInventors: Johan Skjellerup, Eddie L. Patent number: 5456585Abstract: The fluid motor, e.g. a liquid meter, a mixing apparatus or a turbine, has a chamber (1) with a rotor having stiff blades (7) which at their outer ends are provided with plate formed wings (8) of elastomeric material. The wings (8) are by a thin, overlapping part fastened to the reverse side of the blades (7) in relation to the rotating direction. When passing between outlet (5) and inlet (4) of the chamber (1) the wings (8) are deflected by a wall part in the chamber. The rotor is smooth-running, noise-free and inexpensive to produce and repair in connection with abrasion of the wings.Type: GrantFiled: August 2, 1994Date of Patent: October 10, 1995Inventor: Eddie L. Patent number: 4607579Abstract: A pipe system for marking bank notes or other articles of value in a closed space with a dye at attempts at burglary comprises pipes shaped as oblong profiled housings (3). Each housing (3) contains a pressure rail (5) which will be pressed up against a dye bag (4) when an explosive charge (9) is ignited. Thereby the bag (4) will burst, and the dye will be sprayed upon the bank notes through a slot (2) in the bottom (1) of a tray carrying the notes. The spraying will occur practically at the same time along the entire slot (2), and any risk that spraying should be insufficient at some places because of pressure drop in the pipe lines is eliminated. The pressure rail (5) and the profiled housing (3) can be extruded at relatively small costs.Type: GrantFiled: October 18, 1983Date of Patent: August 26, 1986Inventor: Eddie L. Stenild
