Abstract: A one-piece protective suit includes first and second leg portions respectively comprising first and second inseams. A gusset is positioned at a crotch portion of the one-piece protective suit between the first and second leg portions. The gusset includes a front gusset seam and a back gusset seam connected at two opposite lateral points in the crotch portion. The ventral seam connects to the front gusset seam at a ventral point of the crotch portion and the dorsal seam connects to the back gusset seam at a dorsal point of the crotch portion. The gusset has a diamond shape with the ventral point and the dorsal point at vertices thereof.

Abstract: A one-piece suit for protecting a wearer from at least one of paint, dirt, debris and moisture is described. The one-piece suit enables the entire body of a wearer to be protected. The one-piece suit offers a combination of features which make it useful for protecting the wearer from paint, dirt, debris and/or moisture, etc. The one-piece suit includes and upper body portion and a lower body portion integrally formed with the upper body portion. Leg portions have a forward side defining a protective outer surface and a rearward side formed of a material which provides more breathability than the forward side. A foot covering portion is also integrally formed with each of the leg portions and extends forwardly outward from the lower ends thereof to substantially cover the wearer's foot.

Abstract: A protective garment (10, 50, 60, 70) for protecting at least a wearer's lower leg and foot from at least one of dirt, debris and moisture, the protective garment comprising two tubular leg portions (12), each having an upper end (18) and a lower end (26), the tubular leg portions (12, 52, 62, 76) having an enclosed circumference within which one of the wearer's leg is receivable, the tubular leg portions having a protective outer surface on at least a frontward side thereof; and a foot covering portion (24) which extends outwardly from the lower end (26) of each of the tubular leg portions on the frontward side thereof to cover at least a majority of an upper surface of the wearer's foot, the foot covering portion (24) being self-supporting and being free from fastening straps, such that the foot covering portion (24) rests on top of the wearer's foot (30) without being fastened thereto.

The inner shell is adapted for removable engagement with an insulated outer shell having greater insulating properties than the inner shell. The insulated outer shell has second closure means that are engageable with the first fastening means for removably fastening the insulated outer shell to the inner shell overtop thereof, to provide more insulation to said inner shell without requiring removal thereof by a user.

Abstract: A convertible garment comprises a jacket and optional pants. The pants which are attached at an upper end thereof to a lower end of the jacket include a pair of flexible leg panels each having adapted to be reversibly displaced between open and closed positions, wherein, in the closed position, each leg panel forms a hollow pant leg capable of surrounding a user's leg, whereas, when the leg panels are in the open position, the leg panels can be bundled up adjacent the lower end of the jacket in a storage position of the pants such that the garment only acts as a jacket. A pocket is formed on the inside of the lower end of the jacket to accommodate the pants in their storage position.
