    Abstract: An exercise device has a two-part telescoping elongate bar with a first rod and second rod. The first rod includes a weighted collar affixed to each end that can hold additional weights. The second rod is received within the first rod and engages via a coupling for axial sliding movement outward from an open end of the first rod for telescoping operation such that the device is extensible. A person holds the device using hand grips attached to one end of the first rod and an opposing end of the second rod.
