Abstract: An archery bow sight installable within the bow string provides a relatively large sight window in order to allow an archer to acquire a target easily, and to preclude the need for angular compensation of the sight for the angle of a drawn bow string. While the sight window is relatively large and deep, the target alignment portion along the window interior periphery provides accurate target alignment without blocking any portion of the sight window, thus making the present sight useful in both normal and low light conditions. The sight may be formed as a monolithic, unitary component, or alternatively may be formed as separate upper and lower components with left and right strands of the bow string serving as the sides of the sight window. The sight also provides for alignment to preclude twisting due to the tension of the drawn bow string, as well as providing for securing the sight longitudinally within the string in order to prevent slippage and resulting elevational misalignment of aim.
