Abstract: A system for locking the sides of cribs for infants, in which at least one side can be raised and lowered along the uprights adjacent to it. The system is configured in such a way as to require at least two separate movements to enable the side to be released and then lowered. The separate movements include a movement in which the side is moved forward to release it from an undercut formed in a guide groove, and a subsequent raising of the side.
