  • Publication number: 20210206641
Abstract: A production method of nitrogen-doped graphene and silicon- and iron-doped graphene is provided. The production method includes the stages of preparing the mixture, the solvothermal process in the heat- and pressure-controlled reactor, preparing the liquid mixture out of the solid product, drying the mixture, and the pyrolysis of the dried product in order to obtain a final graphene-based product in which the particle size can be adjusted by adjusting the pH values of the liquid mixture within the range of 1-14 in one of the production steps.

  • Publication number: 20190127238
Abstract: A production method for an electrode including activated carbon. The production method includes the steps of mixing 5-90% by weight of activated carbon granules with a 5-90% by weight of a thermoplastic powder; adding 3-10% by weight of water to the mixture; heating the aqueous mixture to 135-145° C.; stirring the heated mixture at the temperature for a predetermined period of time; pouring the hot mixture into a mold and pressing it at a pressure of 500-2000 bar so as to produce an electrode and removing the produced electrode from the mold so as to allow it to cool down.
