    Abstract: The invention is directed to an improved boring and facing apparatus for performing in-situ machining on nuclear reaction feedwater inlet nozzles. The apparatus comprises a boring machine mounted upon a main frame which main frame is suspended from a structure mounted above the plane in which the inlet nozzle is located. Means are provided for adjusting the boring machine to permit a tool to operate along the center line axis of the inlet nozzle.
