Abstract: Methods for controlling phytopathogenic fungi with a combination of fungicides comprising Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, in particular Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FCC1256, and a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor, in particular fluindapyr, are provided. Fungicidal compositions comprising a combination of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor are further provided. The methods and compositions provide particular utility for the control of Phakopsora pachyrhizi and Phakopsora meibomiae and Puccinia triticina.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for propagating a crop using meristem excision, micropropagation, plantlet formation, plantlet singulation, plantlet transfer to artificial seeds, and planting artificial seeds. Methods are provided for producing and handling the plantlets and materials used to form artificial seeds. The artificial seeds may be used to store plantlets or may be planted to form a crop.
