The method for producing paper that comprises the steps of forming a paper pulp from a mixture of 10% by weight to 40% by weight of recovered post-consumer paper, 60% by weight 90% by weight of recovered white paper, and 0.38% by weight to 0.45% by weight of one or more binding agents; reacting the pulp mixture with 0.38% by weight to 0.45% of one or more of sizing agents, and 0.75% by weight to 0.9% by weight of one or more binding agents; forming and drying a continuous sheet of paper from the pulp mixture, and reacting the continuous sheet of paper with 2.2% by weight to 2.6% by weight of one or more binding agents.
