An example computer readable medium includes instructions that, when executed, cause a machine to at least obtain first metadata associated with a set of store dictionaries, select ones of the set of store dictionaries for use based on the associated first metadata, obtain second metadata associated with a set of question templates, select ones of the set of question templates for use based on the associated second metadata, generate question-answer pairs using the selected ones of the set of store dictionaries and the selected ones of the set of question templates, train a machine-learning model using the question-answer pairs, and provide query responses using the trained machine-learning model.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for providing image guidance during interventional medical procedures are disclosed. Methods involve receiving a user selection of an interventional medical procedure at an adaptive user interface, acquiring volumetric image data of a region of interest using 3D ultrasound, and identifying at least one anatomical landmark within the volumetric image data specific to the selected procedure. Methods further involve reconstructing one or more ultrasound images along predefined image planes necessary for performing the selected procedure. The reconstructed images are displayed on the user interface for providing real-time guidance to a clinician performing the procedure, which may involve deploying one or more interventional instruments within the region of interest.

Visual parameters of the displayed rendering of the left atrial appendage are responsive to the determined potential position(s) for the one or more interventional devices.

The mobile tower crane further comprises a hoisting block for lifting the load, wherein the hoisting block is suspended from a trolley by a load hoist line, and the trolley is movable along the length of the jib. Wherein the mobile tower crane further comprises a commercially available truck for supporting the mast, and the mast and the jib can be collapsed on top of the commercially available truck for transport between job sites.
