The compression steps operate on the initial binary representation of the input digital data stream by representing the digital data stream using two data sets namely a rule data set and a seed data set, wherein the rules data is a dictionary, and the seed data is a unique binary string defined in the course of the recursive processing having a size that is less than the original data string.
