  • Publication number: 20200158759
Abstract: A method is provided of ascertaining an unknown line (conductor) voltage at point X on a power line within an electrical grid comprises collecting raw voltage at or about Point X1 using a sensor; gathering additional data from data collection sources upstream (comprising, for example a substation) and/or downstream (comprising, for example, one or more smart meters) to Point X1 (constraining data); using raw voltage, and environment and line data (comprising at least one of GPS location of sensor, GIS data of the electrical grid, phase, type of conductor, total load on conductor), to calculate voltage range at Point X1; and using constraining data sequentially to bind (narrow and tighten) the voltage range from a determined range of possibilities to a likely absolute voltage measurement.

  • Patent number: 10655308
Abstract: The booster pump system includes a base pump module and one or more expansion pump modules connected to the base pump module. Each pump module has suction and discharge manifolds extending between the pump module sides and at least one pump connected between the manifolds. The expansion pump module suction and discharge manifolds connect to the base pump module manifolds, respectively. The pump modules are bilaterally symmetrical such that either side may be connected to the piping system or to another pump module. A bypass module is connected between the pipes of the piping system. The size of the manifolds is larger than the size of pipes that would normally be used with a pump having the capacity of the pump to which the manifolds are connected. • Patent number: 10640360
Abstract: An automated liquid inventory monitoring and inventory reconciliation system. The system uses a liquid densitometer to precisely measure the density of liquid being dispensed. This allows the system to account for the significant temperature-induced volume variations existing in common liquids such as gasoline. In the preferred embodiments, a fuel inventory processor tracks the quantity of fuel loaded into the tank and the quantity of fuel dispensed to maintain an ongoing computation of the quantity of fuel that should be present in the tank. An accurate tank depth measurement device is also employed. The processor compares the tank depth measurement to the computed quantity of fuel in the tank and uses the values to create an updated tank strapping chart.

  • Patent number: 10579738
Abstract: The disclosure relates to systems and methods for generating semantic parsers based on automatically generated operators and user-designated utterances relating to the operators for use in natural language processing. The system may automatically generate multiple operators that each express a respective computer-executable instruction that resolves a request. These operators may be expressed in a manner that is machine-readable and not necessarily for consumption by a human user. The system may generate a canonical statement that expresses the request in a first manner that a human user would be able to understand. The system may generate a task, such as crowd-sourced task, for a human user to provide an utterance that conveys the canonical statement in a second manner different than the first manner. By doing so, the system may rapidly build operators and learn how humans would utter requests resolved by instructions encoded in the operators for building semantic parsers.
