  • Patent number: 11961267
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments may provide an approach to converting multidimensional color data for an image encoded in a first color space into an intermediate form that is a single dimensional value. The exemplary embodiments may then decode the intermediate form value to produce an encoding of the color data that is encoded in a second color space that differs from the first color space. In this manner, the data for the image may be efficiently converted from an encoding in the first color space into an encoding in the second color space.

  • Publication number: 20240100496
Abstract: According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a riser may be operated by a method including repeatedly heating and cooling a riser between an operational temperature and a non-operational temperature. When the riser is heated from a non-operational temperature to an operational temperature, the riser undergoes thermal expansion. When the riser is cooled from an operational temperature to a non-operational temperature, the riser undergoes thermal contraction. The riser undergoes irreversible growth over repeated heating and cooling cycles, and the length of a lower section of an upper riser portion is sized to accommodate the irreversible growth from cycled thermal expansion of the riser.

  • Patent number: 11918185
Abstract: A method of preparing a robotic surgery apparatus for a medical procedure can include covering a manipulator unit of the robotic surgery apparatus with a first sterile barrier by coupling a drape coupler of the first sterile barrier to a bottom surface of the manipulator unit and wrapping a drape of the first sterile barrier around side and top surfaces of the manipulator unit. The drape can be coupled to the drape coupler. The drape can be made of material that is more flexible than material of the drape coupler. The method can include covering an arm of the robotic surgery apparatus supporting the manipulator unit with a second sterile barrier that is distinct from the first sterile barrier by coupling the second sterile barrier to the arm and wrapping the second sterile barrier around the arm.

  • Patent number: 11914583
Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to a system that utilizes regular expression (regex) to recognize at least portions of characters, words, text, numbers, etc. in a structured or unstructured dataset, any patterns associated therewith, and/or similarities between the determined patterns. In examples, a regex-based pattern recognition platform may receive a dataset and determine whether at least a first regex pattern and a second regex pattern can be identified. The occurrences of the first and second regex patterns and the frequency of those occurrences may reveal something about the dataset itself or any patterns contained therein.
