Some embodiments include receiving data related to a route from an origination location to a destination location, receiving data related to a vehicle that will traverse the route, and determining an airspace volume from the origination location to the destination location along the route, where the airspace volume is based on at least a portion of the route data and at least a portion of the vehicle data. Some embodiments calculate a cost of the airspace volume and provide the cost to a user.
