Abstract: In some embodiments, a method includes accessing a provider interface. The provider interface is associated with a provider having at least one asset for purchase. The asset can be, for example, a plant-related product, a livestock-related product and/or the like. Data associated with the asset and/or the provider is input into the provider interface, which is then configured to display a unique code generated based on the data input. The asset is associated with the unique code, for example, by providing the consumer with the unique code at the time of purchase. In response to a consumer request, information associated with the asset is provided. More specifically, the information associated with the asset is retrieved from a database accessible via the provider interface.
