  • Patent number: 11713569
Abstract: A stormwater treatment device includes a tank defining an internal volume and having an inlet and an outlet, a rotatable screen unit mounted within the tank, the rotatable screen unit being barrel-shaped to define a through path with an inlet end and an outlet end. The rotatable screen unit includes a screen structure with a plurality of screening openings for allowing passage of at least some water from the through path outwardly through the screen structure while inhibiting passage of trash items through the screen structure such that trash items move along the through path from the inlet end to the outlet end. The rotatable screen unit includes a plurality of external drive paddles that rotate with the screen structure and that interact with water that has been screened by passing outwardly through the screen structure interacts with the external drive paddles to cause rotation of the rotatable screen unit.

  • Patent number: 7069712
Abstract: A mower deck includes a blower to lift blades of grass or vegetation for cutting. The blower may be mounted above and to the rear of the mower deck, and may rotate on a vertical axis spaced from the axes of the cutter blades. A passage or duct extends from the cutting chambers under the mower deck to the blower. Cutter blades may be used having essentially flat or planar surfaces to reduce noise, or the mower deck may be used with conventional blades. The mower deck may be configured with several alternative discharge modes, so that clippings and debris may be collected in a container, or may be dispersed to the rear or side of the mower.

  • Patent number: 6880737
Abstract: A holder retains cell phones, pagers, or holsters, with the holder composed of fabric; having a strap and optionally a pouch for retaining the held cell phones, pagers, or holsters in any angular orientation of the holder; and having a pair of apertures for engaging and retaining the clip of an associated cell phone, pager, or holster, with a strip positioned between the pair of apertures for engaging the clip and for distributing the weight and/or other forces associated with the clip and the associated cell phone, pager, or holster and preventing wear on the holder.

  • Patent number: 4032465
Abstract: Detergent compositions are prepared containing a carboxymethyloxysuccinate salt detergency builder by spray drying a slurry containing dispersed carboxymethyloxysuccinate salt and detergent compound, to which slurry an alkali metal silicate is added after the addition of the carboxymethyloxysuccinate salt, with the slurry water content being maintained at not less than 40% of the final slurry formulation and a slurry temperature of not less than 76.degree. C. This decreases the formation of insoluble lumps in the slurry and gives improved slurry viscosity control.
