Abstract: A decorative border affixed to a solid surface which includes a plurality of photographic display units extending in physical commonality to form the decorative border, each of the plurality of photographic display units having a pocket surrounded by a decorative surface area, and an attachment mechanism for mounting the plurality of display units to the solid surface is disclosed. A decorative border including a plurality of photographic units embodied in a flexible sheet of underlayment, covering and optional decorative surface sheet is also disclosed. A decorative border including a plurality of interconnected photographic display units coupled together by a connecting mechanism which form the decorative border is also disclosed. Finally, a method of making a decorative border which includes providing the same is disclosed.
