  • Publication number: 20190282459
Abstract: A method of producing a multi-layer beauty care product for applying a skin active agent to the skin. The method involves applying a water-soluble fluid to a transfer substrate. The water-soluble fluid contains a skin active agent and is applied to the transfer substrate through an image carrier having a mesh size of 40 to 500. The water-soluble fluid is dried to form a water-soluble film, which is then transferred to a backing layer coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. The resulting multi-layer beauty care product provides a suitable a means of delivering the skin care active agent to a target portion of skin.

  • Patent number: 10406721
Abstract: Features for formliners to form a decorative pattern in a curable material and methods of using the same are disclosed. An improved formliner is disclosed with substantially seamlessly connecting components that reduces the need for using adhesives for interconnecting a plurality of formliners in a pattern. Further, the formliner is configured to reduce and/or substantially eliminate visible seams in order to create a more natural appearance in a finished product of the curable material.

  • Publication number: 20190199789
Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for a distributed stateful load balancer. A first load balancer can store a first portion of a distributed hash table including data over a first range of hash keys. The first load balancer can be in communication with a second load balancer that stores a second portion of the distributed hash table including data over a second range of hash keys. The first load balancer can receive a packet, where a hash value calculated for the packet does not fall in the first range of hash keys. The first load balancer can identify, based on the hash value, that the second load balancer stores data that identifies a path associated with the packet and query the second load balancer to identify the path. The first load balancer can receive the data and forward, along the path, the packet to a network element.

  • Publication number: 20190168415
Abstract: A formliner, sheet, system, and methods of use and manufacture are provided in order to provide a product that can minimize and/or eliminate visible seaming between interconnected formliners during fabrication of a pattern on a curable material. In some embodiments, the formliner can comprise raised sections that define interrelated inner and outer dimensions. Thus, a plurality of formliners can be interconnected by overlaying raised sections thereof. Further, the formliner can comprise one or more detents and one or more protrusions to enable engagement between interconnected formliners without requiring adhesives. In this manner, formliners can be interconnected in a nested manner such that visible seaming between the interconnected formliners is reduced and/or eliminated.

  • Patent number: 10126553
Abstract: A head-mounted display device may display a holographic element with a portable control device. Image data of a physical environment including the control device may be received and used to generate a three dimensional model of at least a portion of the environment. Using position information of the control device, a holographic element is displayed with the control device. Using the position information, it is determined that the control device is within a predetermined proximity of either a holographic object or a physical object. Based on determining that the control device is within the predetermined proximity, the displayed holographic element is modified.

  • Patent number: 10083472
Abstract: Availability of recycled auto parts listed in a centralized inventory system is verified by a query to the inventory system carrying the part. The query identifies the part and data about the part of relevance to a potential buyer (such as price, condition, location) to be verified. Verifications can be performed upon explicit user request, or upon actions implicitly requiring verification, such as adding a part to an estimate or shopping cart, ordering a part, or requesting the part seller to hold the part for future purchase, or the like; verification may also be automatically performed for some or all search results. Results of a verification may also be broadcast to the potential buyer and to the part seller (broker and/or part supplier) to enable audit and follow-up on the verification request.
