Abstract: This invention relates to a composition suitable for use as a combination fire retardant, soil and water protectant, and biocide, and to the method of making and applying the composition. The preferred embodiment contains the following ingredients: from 2.30% to 9.22% by total weight of ammonium phosphate, monobasic; from 2.30% to 9.22% by total weight of ammonium phosphate, dibasic; from 2.30% to 9.22% by total weight of a compound comprising approximately 50% ammonium polyphosphate, 3% urea, and 47% water; from 2.60% to 10.4% by total weight of a fluorinated acrylic polymer; from 0.025% to 0.1% by total weight of coco imidazuline dicarboxylate; from 1.00% to 4.00% by total weight of organotin; and from 57.84% to 89.475% by total weight of water. The composition is applied to porous materials, such as fabrics, wood, cardboard, or fiberboard, for protection from fire, soil and water damage, and virus and fungus growth.

Abstract: The invention relates to synthetic detergent compounds suitable for use as fire suppressants which contains the active ingredients of dodclybenzene sulfonic acid, cocamido propyl betaine, ethoxylated nonyl phenol, lauric acid diethanolamide, diethanolamine and propylene glycol. The fire suppressing agent forms a emulsifying film forming foam which exhibits non-hazardous properties and is biodegradable, having low drainage point with good fluidity which allows it to flow around obstructions to cover a total effected area, while maintaining its position even on vertical and curved surfaces.

Abstract: The invention relates to a composition which is designed to be used as a cleaning agent and oil dispersant. The composition has a number of active ingredients mixed with water. The solution provides for the use of such active ingredients as sodium lauryl sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, ethoxylated nonylphenol, lauric acid diethanolamide, diethanolamine and propylene glycol. Preferred compositions contain the following ingredients mixed in an aqueous base: from 0.02% to 2.25% by total weight of sodium lauryl sulfate, from 0.02% to 1.95% by total weight of cocamidopropyl betaine, from 0.002% to 0.25% by total weight of ethoxylated nonylphenol, from 0.04% to 4.25% of lauric acid diethanolamide, from 0.02% to 1.85% by total weight of diethanolamine and from 0.02% to 1.85% by total weight of propylene glycol.
