  • Patent number: 10452167
Abstract: A motion control device for interfacing with a computing device translates user interaction into an input signal to manipulate the output of the computing device. The motion control device includes a protective housing, a wheel-mounting extrusion, a rotary wheel, a primary joystick, at least one thumbstick, a plurality of programmable buttons, and a microcontroller. The protective housing supports the wheel-mounting extrusion, the primary joystick, and the at least one thumbstick. The rotary wheel is rotatably connected to the wheel-mounting extrusion. The microcontroller is enclosed within the protective housing. The rotary wheel, the primary joystick, and the at least one thumbstick are electronically connected to the microcontroller. The manipulation of the rotary wheel, the primary joystick, and the at least one thumbstick is translated into an input signal that is communicated to the computing device through the microcontroller.

  • Patent number: 7176893
Abstract: A manually moveable FPS control unit for moving a cursor on a console display screen, which unit has a forward end housing an optical sensor adapted for selective positioning in front of an axis of rotation at a rearward location. Rotation about the rearward axis creates arc movements of the optical sensor, and these arc paths are translated into horizontal cursor movements on a display screen. A manually controlled pistol-shaped-grip provides rotation of the unit about the rear vertically-located axis. Roller wheel and other conventional control switches are mounted on the grip handle itself for natural and quick control over images displayed on the screen.

  • Patent number: 4949501
Abstract: In accordance with the invention there is provided an insect trap of the type which employs light and desirably odor to attract flying insects, especially common house flies. It comprises a light and tray-holding housing which is generally oblong in shape defined by bottom, upstanding side walls and a base member. This housing is open at the top and has its side walls provided with a pair of internal longitudinally extending mutually facing grooves. A mounting member is hinged to the base member, permitting the housing to swing approximately 180.degree. from an open position wherein the housing is located substantially in the plane of the base member to another position wherein the members are folded against each other. An insect attracting light is mounted within the housing and a tray carrying insect trapping material on its surface is removably carried in the grooves.
