    Abstract: Medication administration records (MAR) risk data, entropy risk data, and automated dispensing risk data is generated from MAR records. A hybrid diversion risk is determined according to a weighing of the MAR risk data, the entropy risk data, and the automated dispensing risk data. Summaries of the hybrid diversion risk are precomputed. A visualization of the risk data is provided according to the precomputed summaries.
