    Abstract: A mounting arrangement is provided for supporting an appliance such as a television set from the undersurface of a structure such as a kitchen cabinet. The mounting apparatus permits adjustment of the appliance relative to the cabinet in three modes. The three modes include movement along a vertical axis, movement along a horizontal axis, and rotational movement about a vertical axis.
