  • Publication number: 20250116001
Abstract: A semiconductor processing chamber may include a pedestal configured to support a substrate during a plasma-enhanced chemical-vapor deposition (PECVD) process that forms a film on a surface of the substrate. The chamber may also include one or more internal meshes embedded in the pedestal. The one or more internal meshes may be configured to deliver radio-frequency (RF) power to a plasma in the semiconductor processing chamber during the PECVD process. An outer diameter of the one or more internal meshes may be less that a diameter of the substrate. The chamber may further include an RF source configured to deliver the RF power to the one more internal meshes. This configuration may reduce arcing within the processing chamber.

  • Patent number: 11452926
Abstract: Methods are disclosed in which the user defines three or more categories of plays that an American football opponent may run and multiple regression techniques are used to estimate the probability that the opponent will run a play in each such category, under particular game conditions, based on data collected from the opponent's past games. The regression coefficients and game condition data are entered into a computer device, which calculates the predicted probabilities and sorts and displays the categories of plays according to such probabilities. The user may assign ratings or rankings to schemes that the user may execute, based on the expected effectiveness of each such scheme against each category of plays that the opponent may run, and such ratings or rankings may be combined with the predicted probabilities to recommend schemes to the user under various game conditions. If permitted by the rules, such predictions or recommendations may be used to assist the user in play calling during a game.

Abstract: A method of building a machine learning pipeline for predicting refractoriness of epilepsy patients is provided. The method includes providing electronic health records data; constructing a patient cohort from the electronic health records data by selecting patients based on failure of at least one anti-epilepsy drug; constructing a set features found in or derived from the electronic health records data; electronically processing the patient cohort to identify a subset of the features that are predictive for refractoriness for inclusion in a predictive model configured for classifying patients as refractory or non-refractory; and training the predictive computerized model to classify the patients having at least one anti-epilepsy drug failure based on likelihood of becoming refractory.

  • Patent number: 6038146
Abstract: An AC-to-DC power converter (power supply) with high power factors and which minimizes the input charging current flowing through the separate inductor by locating the separate inductor between a full-bridge rectifier and the transformer but out of the storage capacitor's current path. In this manner, when the input voltage is sufficiently high, the converter draws input current into the transformer through the separate inductor, while current flowing to and charging the storage capacitor is unimpeded by the separate inductor. The current being drawn through the separate inductor and into the transformer may also be used to recharge the storage capacitor. Associated losses are reduced and the separate inductor may be reduced in size.
