  • Publication number: 20050097740
Abstract: A system of color-coded spark plug wires to facilitate rapid and accurate installation of spark plug wires on multi-cylinder engines; thus facilitating the work of auto repair mechanics and “do-it-yourself” auto repair persons confronted with the problem of insuring that the correct firing order of the spark plugs for the engine is maintained. A preferred embodiment of the color-coding of the spark plugs uses the universal sequence of the colors of the spectrum, i.e., red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. The invention also covers any package of markers for attachment to spark plug wires and containing the spectral rainbow colors; and also any combination of boot color and/or wire color utilizing the sequence of the spectral colors for spark plug wires.

  • Patent number: 6367093
Abstract: An improved connection of a toilet bowl to the floor over which the bowl is located utilizing the combination of an externally threaded toilet bolt with a head and a hollow shaft down its axis, a screw of longer length than the toilet bowl and positioned down the axial hollow shaft of the toilet bowl, and a flange positioned between the toilet bowl and the floor, said flange having an opening therein capable of receiving the head of the toilet bolt. The hollow shaft down the axis of the toilet bolt may be cylindrical or polygonal in shape. The method of making the improved connection is also described.

  • Patent number: 5107550
Abstract: A simple, inexpensive apparatus which enables an ordinary power snake to be rotated by an electric drill. The apparatus consists of a telescope connected to a series of flexible tubes, i.e. garden hoses joined together by suitable couplings and an optional adapter for attaching the series of flexible tubes to the drain line. An electric drill is attached to the end of the snake protruding from the telescope to rotate the snake encased by the telescope and the tube train. Collapsing the telescope forces the snake into the drain line. Removing the telescope and the first section of the tube train and then reconnecting the telescope to the shortened tube train enables more snake to be forced down the drain line. This process may, of course, be repeated, as found necessary or desirable for complete unplugging of the drain line.
