Abstract: A solar light stick for use in illuminating and decorating a lawn, garden or pathway. The solar light stick includes a supporting stake, a solar panel, a rechargeable battery, at least one LED, and a tube body. The tube body contains a light transmissive material that may be transparent or translucent. The solar panel charges the rechargeable battery which, in turn, provides power to the LEDs. The LEDs are positioned to provide light to the interior of the tube body. As such, the LEDs may be located within a recess in the tube body. Reflective flakes dispersed within the tube body reflect and disperse light from the LEDs in a decorative manner.

The pivot mount is pivotally connected to a mount assembly that is connected by one or more straps to a power source housing containing an electrical power source. The straps hold the mount assembly and power source housing to a users head and a wire connects the power source to the SMD LED. A shield disposed partly in the pivot mount is slidably engaged over the inner housing. A bezel with lens is connected to the shield and changes the shape of a light beam from the SMD LED as the shield slides on the inner housing.

Abstract: An abdominal exerciser has base and back frames pivotally mounted for movement between upright and recumbent positions, and a seat frame with cushion rotatable on the base frame. A low friction journal between the base and seat frames supports a user's weight. The journal is about 30 to 42% the distance from a rear end of the cushion to its front end so the user's coccyx is vertically aligned with the journal. Arms at each side of the base frame have a pair of extensions connected to either the base or seat frame, each with a U-shaped handhold lying in a plane at an acute angle of about 30 to 80 degrees to the horizontal. A pair of single pulleys or a pair of tandem pulleys are mounted near the rear of the base frame and are engaged by sleeve-covered springs for biasing the back frame toward the upright position.
