    Abstract: A clamp for rotating the adjustable mechanism of a hand tool to open and close it. The clamp including spring biased arms forcing upper jaws toward each other to engage the hand tool and a lower shaft engageable with a drive socket of a power tool. The clamp comprising two clamp arms that are spring biased to force the jaws toward each other for gripping the adjustable mechanism of a hand tool. The clamp capable of rotating the hand tool to tighten or loosen it depending upon the rotation of the drive socket.
