  • Patent number: 7386981
Abstract: A fuel system includes a first fuel line carrying fuel at a first line pressure (P22), a second fuel line carrying fuel at a second line pressure (PFNC) greater than the first line pressure (P22), at least one pressure regulating section 102 having an input 101 connected to the second fuel line and at least one output (103), a first pressure regulator (120) connected to the input and a second pressure regulator (130) connected between the first pressure regulator (120) and the at least one output (103), and a controller (160) controlling the position of the first and second pressure regulators (120, 130) to produce at the output (103) one of a predetermined number of output pressures relative to the first line pressure (P22).

  • Patent number: 7227436
Abstract: A modular reed switch assembly and method for making the same are provided. A switch assembly (101) includes a reed switch (206, 106) that is enclosed between a primary reed switch cover (208) and a reed switch base (104) wherein the reed switch cover and reed switch base are recessed to accommodate the reed switch. A secondary reed switch cover (102) further covers the primary reed switch cover (208) and the secondary reed switch cover (102) connects with the reed switch base (104). A protrusion (106) provides access to the electrical contacts (302) of the reed switch (206, 106) through the primary reed switch cover (208) and secondary reed switch covers (102).

  • Patent number: 5775198
Abstract: A control system (10) for a limited stall load actuator (60) comprises a servo pressure regulator (20), solenoid valve (40), relief valve (30) and a shuttle valve (50) connected with a piston actuator 60 such that when source pressure P1 is declining the servo pressure regulator (20) will open to permit more flow and maintain a minimum actuation force effected by the actuator (60), and should there occur a failure of the servo pressure regulator (20) that would permit high source pressure to be communicated to the control system (10), the relief valve (30) will operate to limit the amount of high pressure communicated to the control system (10) such that the actuator (60) will attain no greater than a predetermined maximum output force.

  • Patent number: 5251320
Abstract: A shared power controller for a rack of interface devices which are shared among a plurality of processor units. The shared power controller may be commanded into a power up mode by any connected central processor via its system power interface. A power down of a connected rack of interface units may, however, only be effected when all the connected CPU units enter a power down mode. A system power controller provides both remote and local operation such that diagnosis and analysis of problems may be effected locally at each rack of input/output devices.
